Technology is constantly changing how we look at customer interactions and the way consumers expect to interact with all companies they do business with. In response to this constant evolution, we have launched the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Insurance Emerging Technology Study. The study measures current P&C insurance customer attitudes and perceptions of new and emerging technology and innovation in insurance as well as other areas of their everyday lives. In addition, the study gives insurance carriers insights into how customers will behave in response to different technologies at each stage of the insurance value chain, providing VoC guidance for optimizing customer service.
